Fiduciaire Rhodanienne was founded in 1969. Through a series of mergers it was first a subsidiary of Société Fiduciaire Suisse, then of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) before being sold to Stéphane Marquis, a senior manager at PwC, in July 2001. It can be defined as a services company that works in the traditional fiduciary areas. It therefore offers accounting, auditing, legal and tax advice services as well as management consulting.
